Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute recruitment and manpower planning strategies in line with business needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and offboarding

Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, including CPF contributions and statutory submissionsSupport annual salary reviews and benefits administrationEmployee Relations & Engagement
Advise managers on employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actionsSupport and implement employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culturePerformance Management
Coordinate performance review cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processesAssist in career development and succession planning initiativesHR Policy & Compliance
Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and company directionEnsure HR practices remain compliant with all legal and regulatory requirementsTeam Support & Development
Guide and support junior HR team members in their responsibilitiesEncourage teamwork and continuous improvement within the HR departmentGeneral HR Administration
