Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation / business development
- Manage the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, job advertising, phone screening, coordinating interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Provide market insight and advice to hiring managers and candidates
- Attend industry events and actively network within the maritime community
- Negotiate terms of business with clients and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems and prepare reports when needed
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of external recruitment experience (preferably in shipping / maritime, strong experience in other industries will also be considered)Fluent in English, both spoken and writtenFamiliar with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn RecruitersPositive, proactive attitude with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quicklyA collaborative team player who can also work independently to build and grow their own deskTell employers what skills you have
