Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation / business development
• Manage the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, job advertising, phone screening, coordinating interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Provide market insight and advice to hiring managers and candidates
• Attend industry events and actively network within the maritime community
• Negotiate terms of business with clients and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems and prepare reports when needed
