Job Description :

Sourcing for candidates through various social media platforms as well as referrals

Ability to conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on client's requirement and needs

Coordination of interviews arrangement between clients and candidates

Negotiating job offers with candidates

Providing excellent customer service and building good rapport with clients and candidates.

Post recruitment follow up with clients and candidates

Experience & Qualifications :

Minimum Diploma qualifications

3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and / or Candidate with Sales / Business Development experience

Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Basic) is a plus

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

This is a full-time position with attractive commission structure (no basic) leading to a high remuneration package.
