Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This pivotal role involves managing your Sales Channel and reporting directly to the General Manager.
As a Sales Executive, you will spearhead the development of an effective sales strategy aimed at expanding existing accounts while identifying and capitalizing on new channel opportunities to drive incremental sales.
Responsibilities :
- Strategize : Develop and implement robust sales strategies to foster growth within existing accounts and explore avenues for new business development.
- Customer Focus : Cultivate enduring relationships with customers, emphasizing long-term partnerships and understanding their evolving needs.
- Feedback Management : Handle customer feedback with professionalism, utilizing it as a means to enhance service and offerings.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team, collaborating seamlessly to achieve collective sales objectives.
Requirements
Minimum Poly Diploma in Marketing / Business Studies or any related field is preferred.Candidate without prior experience are welcome. While sales & marketing experience in the FMCG sector and hold a success track record are preferred.Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.Good team player with excellent customer service attitude and dynamic.Self-motivated to work independently.Positive attitude and must be meticulous, organised and reliable.Good command of English (Verbal and Written) is a plus.Other Information
