Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Obtain sub-contractors and suppliers’ quotation for costing.
- Source for new vendors and perform cost comparisons.
- Evaluate and certify contracts.
- Prepare monthly progress claim and necessary cost analysis report.
- Monitor budget and keep track of projects expenditures.
- Prepare letter of award to sub-contractors.
- Identify and prepare variations and valuation for projects.
- Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors.
- Update and file material quantity and prices list for each project.
- Participate in tendering quantity taking off.
- Perform other adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements :
At least Diploma / Degree, preferably in Building / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.Relevant experience in Construction will be added advantage.Experience in project management or project coordination with A1 contractor is preferred.Strong planning and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.Able to work independently and in teams with minimum supervision.Tell employers what skills you have
