Job descriptionLead regional tender strategy across Asia for a market-leading geotechnical consultancy. Shape the company’s footprint in high-profile infrastructure, marine, and civil projects. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making at the highest level. Attractive executive compensation, performance-based incentives, and leadership development opportunities. Drive tendering strategy and execution for geotechnical projects across Asia. Lead and mentor regional tender teams to deliver high-quality, commercially competitive proposals. Oversee preparation, review, and approval of technical and commercial submissions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, expanding business opportunities in key markets. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines to inform regional strategy. Partner with senior management to shape business growth, profitability, and market positioning. Degree in Civil / Geotechnical / Structural Engineering or related field. Extensive senior-level experience in tendering, business development, or project leadership in geotechnical or civil engineering. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple countries. Strong strategic, commercial, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable traveling within the Asia region.
