Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Support HR operational matters such as employees’ on-boarding and off-boarding process, leave and attendance management
- Responsible for HR daily operational work including SAP system management, leaves and attendance, benefits
- Support employee caring and engagement activities
- Provide support on proper documentations including employees’ e-files and drafting of employment related letters.
- Any other projects and ad-hoc duties that may be assigned
Key Qualifications :
Fast learner with ability to work effectively in a team-based environmentAble to attend to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (as this role works closely with internal customers in China)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)Self-driven individual and able to work independentlyCommitment Period : 5 months and above
