Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Gul Drive (Transport provided at Jurong East)

Working Hours : Weekdays :

AM Shift : 9 : 00am – 5 : 30pm

PM Shift : 12 : 00pm – 9 : 00pm

Full Shift : 9 : 00am – 9 : 00pm

Weekends :

PM Shift : 1 : 00pm – 9 : 00pm

Rate : $13 / hour (Weekdays) / $15 / hour (Weekends)

Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations at the Migrant Worker Medical Centre.
  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and document handling efficiently.
  • Coordinate communication between medical staff, patients, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry related to patient care and centre operations.
  • Assist in inventory management and supplies ordering as needed.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure service quality and compliance with company policies.

Requirements :

  • Min N / O / Nitec / A level or Diploma in any field
  • Admin experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint) is a must
  • Able to commit to min 3-month
  • Flexible to work various shifts as per scheduling requirements.
