📍 Locations :

AMK

Farre Park (City Square Mall)

Bedok

💼 Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support retail staff daily
• Train new team members and develop their skills
• Provide top-notch customer service
• Manage store opening / closing and maintain store standards
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets

✅ Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in retail / business is a plus)
• Retail experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused, proactive, and organized
• Flexible for weekends and public holidays
• Familiar with POS systems and retail software

🎁 Benefits :

• Up to $3,000 / month + Supervisor Commission

⏰ Working Hours : Full-Time :

• AMK & City Square Mall : 5-Day (11 : 00 AM–9 : 00 PM, 2-hr break) / 6-Day option available
• Bedok : 5-Day (8 : 30 AM–5 : 30 PM, 1-hr break) / 6-Day option available

Part-Time :

• $10 / hour, $12 / hour on public holidays
• Minimum 3 days / week
