Job descriptionHandle guest feedback, complaints, and unexpected situations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Supervise team or store zones during shifts, ensuring smooth operations. Lead briefings, training, and assist in onboarding new staff while upholding professionalism and engagement. Support opening / closing procedures, store presentation, safety, and SOP compliance. Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising. Process guest transactions accurately, including returns, warranties, and trade-ins. 2-3 years experience in retail Able to work on shift, weekend and public holiday Strong customer service orientation
Roles & Responsibilities
Our client a new luxury outdoor brand entering Singapore, is expanding and seeking a Retail Supervisor to join their team. This role will focus on developing and leading a high-performing store team. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.
