Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site service calls.
• Recommend preventive maintenance measures and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Provide technical guidance and support to service teams and subcontractors.
• Supervise and verify subcontractor work related to servicing, testing, and commissioning.
• Maintain and update service information systems and ensure accurate documentation.
• Participate in departmental initiatives and service value-chain improvements.
• Conduct customer training sessions and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
