- Handles incoming calls and walk-in customers with the intent of providing customer satisfaction, retention and extending contact to sell new or additional products or services
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, messages and chats on social media platform

- Ad-hoc assignments
Requirements :
Organizational skillsTelecommunication skills - verbal and writtenComputer literate, CRM, google sheetsLeadership skills for handling both customer and team relationshipsBasic knowledge of home appliances usageAble to work as a teamPrefably able to communicate in chinese with customer5.5 working days / week ( alternate saturday off days within staffs upon confirmation)
