About the Role

Join our fun and lively karaoke team! We’re looking for a hands-on Service Crew Captain to lead and guide our team in delivering great service at our karaoke. You’ll be the go-to person for daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and happy guests.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support service crew during shifts
• Ensure guests are well taken care of from check-in to check-out
• Assist with food & beverage orders and service when needed
• Train new crew members and maintain service standards
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly
• Oversee cleanliness, stock levels, and room readiness
