Life Community Services Society is a social service agency serving children & youth from low-resourced, vulnerable and at-risk backgrounds. Our vision is for every child to be the best that they can be, through our mission of empowering children and families through care and mentoring.

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Fundraiser who has a passion for children to lead our organization's fundraising initiatives. This role is pivotal in leading the development of a comprehensive financial sustainability plan and to execute effective fundraising strategies to support our mission and programmes. The position will expand and diversify our funding sources, cultivate relationships with donors, and manage fundraising campaigns and events, to support the growth plans of the agency. Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Strategic Fundraising Planning

• Develop a financial sustainability plan with comprehensive fundraising goals, budget and fundraising strategies, in line with the organisation’s vision and mission.
• Work closely with the Board and senior management team to identify fundraising priorities and opportunities and set annual fundraising targets and performance metrics to measure success.
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Foster collaboration across all areas of the organization to ensure alignment in achieving fundraising goals.
