Food & Beverage Manager

At Gusta Sourdough Pizza Co (IG : @gustapizza.co), we are a

young & dynamic team of passionate people that love to develop

and create new products.

We are looking for

enthusiastic and motivated individuals like us to join and expand

our team. Prior Front-of-the-House F&B experience is preferable

but not necessary. Candidates should have the right to work in

Singapore.

Your Role is to :

Supervise front of the house during

operations.

Manage junior staff and assist

other managers.

Enforce company policies,

procedures, programs and performance standards.

Responsible to ensure that the service standards of the

pizza restaurant are met by all staff.

Speak

to customers and be prepared to deal with any problems or customer

feedback.

Handle customer complaints during

Manager's absence.

Manage and motivate

staff.

Provide staff with support and

training.

We are looking for someone

with :

Warm, friendly and cheerful

personality.

Good work ethics and willing to

learn.

Detailed, energetic and highly

motivated.

Excellent communication and

interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English, any

other language is a plus.

Diploma or

Degree.

Min 4 years of experience is

preferred, candidate should possess at least a Diploma,

Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate

Diploma, Professional Degree, Food & Beverage Services

Management, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or

equivalent.

Our Benefits

are :

Salary : $3,200.00 - $3,500.00

per month depending on experience

4.5 day work

week (44h / week).
