Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of experience as an Epicor Kinetic IT Specialist or consultant. Proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting Epicor Kinetic ERP systems, particularly in the semiconductor or manufacturing sectors. Strong technical expertise in Epicor Kinetic software configuration, customization, and integration. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Epicor IT Specialist Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Epicor IT Specialist to join our team. As an Epicor IT Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering technical support and troubleshooting for Epicor enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Provide in-depth technical assistance and resolution of complex issues related to Epicor ERP systems.
- Implement and configure Epicor ERP systems for new clients with minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Develop and customize Epicor applications to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Deliver comprehensive training and support to end-users on Epicor software functionality and best practices.
- Liaise closely with clients to understand their business needs and recommend tailored Epicor solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth integration of Epicor with other enterprise systems.
