Job Responsibilities
Prepare sales quotations and invoices promptly
Perform general admin work such as filing of invoices, delivery orders, service reports and other documents
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Take on additional administrative or accounts-related tasks when assigned.
Requirements :
Excellent attention to details
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Positive attitude, and willingness to learn
