Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules for internal and external meetings, coordinating with transport providers for local arrangements, and provide timely updates on meetings, meals, and golf bookings.
- Assist with business travel arrangements, including visa applications, overseas accommodation, and logistics, which may involve private flights and specialized bookings.
- Handle monthly expense reports and claims accurately and on time.
- Support the CEO and reporting supervisors with ad-hoc tasks and other assigned administrative duties.
Job Requirements :
Min Diploma with 3–5 years of Personal Assistant experience in a corporate or professional environment supporting senior management.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail; diligent, self-motivated, and positive in work attitude.Capable of multitasking and performing effectively under pressure.Able to resolve problems independently with minimal supervision.Demonstrates absolute discretion and maintains strict confidentiality.To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to elaine@goodjobcreations.com.sg
