P2P Transformation Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently partnered with a well-established enterprise who are looking to hire a driven and dyanmic individual to be part of their digital transformation team. In this role, you will drive enterprise-wide initiatives in spend management and procurement process optimization, and lead a cross-functional team to implement system enhancements, streamline workflows, and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. This role will sit as a bridge between procurement and technology.

Responsibilities :

• Drive operational improvements by critically assessing current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for simplification and efficiency.
• Shape strategic initiatives by designing forward-looking solutions that address organizational challenges, enhance compliance, and improve service delivery.
• Develop and lead the execution of transformation roadmaps that align technology and process enhancements with evolving business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment, effective communication, and delivery within time and budget constraints.
• Utilize data and digital tools to design scalable solutions, embed process improvements, and maintain strong governance and risk compliance.
