Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations.
- Prepare operational reports, documents, and meeting presentations.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between teams.
- Monitor and track inventory, stock movements, and productivity reports.
- Support warehouse supervisors in manpower and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and SOPs.
- Assist in audits, risk assessments, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Follow up on projects, tasks, and deadlines as directed by the General Manager.
- Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in warehouse or operations support.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience with warehouse systems (WMS / TMS) will be an advantage.Additional Information :
