Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Officer to join our team in Singapore. This role requires fluency in Japanese and English to support Japanese-speaking clients. The position offers structured responsibilities and fair, inclusive working conditions in line with Singapore’s Tripartite Guidelines.

🧾 Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle visa application processes, including document checking and data entry.
  • Assist customers and applicants via email, telephone, and in person.
  • Manage cash and bank transactions with full accuracy (if assigned).
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of application data into the system.
  • Coordinate logistics for passport deliveries to consulates, applicants, and courier services.
  • Maintain adherence to SOPs and compliance manuals.
  • Educate applicants about Value-Added Services (VAS) and assist in their usage.
  • Encourage feedback through post-service surveys.
  • Complete all processes within the required Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Uphold workplace safety, health, and environmental policies.

🎯 Performance Expectations :

  • Achieve productivity and quality targets set in the Team Objective Tracker.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction with minimal complaints.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry and transaction records.
  • Follow proper attendance and punctuality standards.
  • Complete all training and internal compliance (OCL) assessments as scheduled.
  • Support continuous improvement by tracking and reducing errors.
  • ✅ Requirements :

  • Nationality : This role is open to all qualified candidates, regardless of nationality.
  • Work Pass Eligibility : We welcome Singapore Citizens, PRs, and foreign candidates eligible for relevant work passes.
  • Education : GCE ‘O’ Level / ‘N’ Level / ITE or equivalent.
  • Experience : Minimum 1 year in Travel, Tourism, or Customer Service preferred.
  • Languages :

    Proficient in Japanese (to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients).

    Fluent in English (written and spoken).

    Skills :

    Meticulous with documents and personal data.

    Good interpersonal and communication skills.

    Adaptable to high-volume and fast-paced environments.
