Assistant / Restaurant Manager | Up to $5k basic +AWS +Allowances | Islandwide - GH

Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Multiple Locations (Mainly in Central & South & East, will be based on outlet availbility)

Working Days / time : 6 days / week, 44hr / week

Basic Salary : Up to $5000 + AWS + Split Shift Allowance

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure efficient daily restaurant operations by overseeing, maintaining quality, hygiene, and cleanliness control as well as executing events by preparing staff briefings
• Collect, address and review customer feedback promptly to ensure service enhancement.
• Comply with HR standards when handling recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning of employees as well as training and providing constructive feedback to ensure service standards
• Drive sales and profitability through effective operational execution, cost control, and menu planning.
• Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management, POS updates, cash handling, generating monthly reports as well as cash management and daily bank-ins.
