Roles & Responsibilities

• Ability to deal with customers and their queries and concerns with tact and sensitivity.
• Ability to work as a part of a team.
• Ability to undertake routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Ability to deliver high quality service through the staff.
• Ability to lead by example.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, train and develop staff.
• At least 2-4 years working experience.
• Knowledge of buffet concept style / basic marketing will be in high consideration.
• To prospose and able to work independently.
• Must be self-motivated, resourceful and responsible.
• Good communication skills (must be effectively bilingual).
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Strong organizational, communication and people development.
• 6 days work weeks.
