the heart of Dempsey Hill, Ministry of Crab Singapore is renowned

for its signature seafood dishes and vibrant atmosphere. We are now

seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our

team.

What you'll be

doing

• Lead and motivate a team

of front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer

service

operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash

handling, and inventory management.

sales data and member feedback to identify opportunities for

improvement

work environment that promotes teamwork and professional

development

outstanding service and have a memorable dining

experience.

to gather feedback and make improvements based on their

standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the

What we are

experience in management and wine service, preferably in upscale

dining settings.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as
