Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Supervise and coordinate the service team to ensure efficient and courteous service to guests.
• Welcome and seat customers, present menus, and make recommendations on Taiwanese dishes and beverages.
• Ensure staff have thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and cultural background of Taiwanese cuisine.
• Take guest orders accurately, coordinate with kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Monitor the dining floor to anticipate guest needs, resolve issues, and maintain a pleasant dining environment.
• Train, guide, and motivate service staff in customer service and restaurant procedures.
• Assist in managing reservations, table arrangements, and special requests.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards in the restaurant.
• Handle guest complaints or feedback professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Support restaurant manager in stock control, staff scheduling, and daily reports.
