Responsibilities
Programme Implementation & Class
Management
Design
and conduct enrichment programmes such as Speech & Drama,
Coding, Mandarin or Sports, holiday programmes, and workshops per
schedule.
Utilize diverse teaching methods to
foster active learning and curiosity.
Meet
learning objectives and use relevant teaching
resources.
Monitoring,
Assessment, Reporting & Recording
Track student progress and adjust
teaching strategies.
Provide feedback to
students, parents, and stakeholders.
Maintain
accurate records of attendance, progress, and
development.
Mentor and guide staff and
freelance trainers for quality programme
delivery.
Others
Maintain classroom cleanliness and
safety.
Adhere to standard operating
procedures.
Support administrative tasks and
projects led by unit heads
Review enrichment
curriculum for relevance to preschool and student care
needs.
Secondary
Responsibilities
Support events,
campaigns, and projects organized by MERCU and AMP as
instructed.
Assist in other programs where
required
Qualifications &
Skills
Minimum O Level / Higher
NITEC / Diploma in any discipline.
Experience in
Early Childhood is an advantage.
Strong
understanding of child development and active learning
methodologies.
Excellent communication,
interpersonal, and organizational
skills.
Ability to work independently from home
and resolve classroom challenges
on-site.
Working
Conditions : Hybrid
Work Setting
Trainers work from
home on a rostered basis with a company-loaned laptop &
communication tools.
Office presence may be
required as instructed by reporting officers.
On-Site Work (Schools / Childcare
Centres)
Trainers travel to
different sites across Singapore as
rostered.
The environment is active &
requires physical stamina; classrooms are non-air-conditioned but
well-ventilated.
