About our client :
One of Singapore’s listed property developers is seeking a sunny, cheerful Administrative & Front Desk Executive to join their team.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day administrative and front desk support for the office.
- Keep the front desk area and meeting rooms clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate maintenance and supplies for office equipment, including copiers, flower arrangements, corporate gifts, pantry items, stationery, and recycling initiatives.
- Maintain postage records, manage franking credits, and arrange courier services and mail distribution.
- Manage calendars, book conference rooms, and oversee audiovisual equipment.
- Organize and schedule meetings and annual events, including logistics, luncheons, and festive gift arrangements.
- Track and update records of complimentary car park tickets for visitors.
- Assist management with insurance claims when required.
- Manage email communications and staff announcements.
- Provide backup support to the Chairman, CEO, and COO.
- Collaborate with the Tea Lady to serve visitors and guests.
- Offer administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Front Desk Management
Oversee front desk operations to ensure a positive first impression for guests.Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.Maintain and update the meeting room booking system; assist with bookings as needed.Attend to visitors and prepare meeting rooms for meetings.Set up projectors and coordinate with technical support when required.Ensure meeting rooms are tidy after use.Perform other tasks as assigned.Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.Strong communication skills.Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent.Independent, positive, and mature mindset with strong teamwork abilities.EA License Name & License Number : SMTP Consult Pte. Ltd. (23C1754)
