Senior Banquet Service Ambassador (Hotel)

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Banquet Service Ambassador, you will be ensuring smooth and professional food and beverage service for all guests. You will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences at weddings, conferences, and other special events held at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up banquet event spaces with necessary tableware, cutlery, crockery, linen, and service equipment before each shift.
• Replenish supplies, beverages, and linen throughout service as needed.
• Ensure table settings are accurate and aligned with event standards prior to guest arrival.
• Welcome and escort guests courteously to their designated seats.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Clear soiled dishes and glassware during and after service, ensuring cleanliness and order.
• Present bills to guests, process payments, and handle any change or credit card returns in a professional manner.
• Assist in resetting the banquet room, including tables and chairs, after each event.
• Carry out any additional tasks or duties assigned by supervisors or managers.
• Perform cashiering duties as required.
