unique cover charge concept. We've been steadily growing for the
past three years, and we are now seeking an experienced
Restaurant Supervisor to support our
management team and help lead our front-of-house
operations.
Responsibilities
Operations
& Service
Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth and
efficient service.
Support the Restaurant
Manager in overseeing the front-of-house team.
Lead by example, ensuring high standards of service and
guest satisfaction.
Handle guest requests,
inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure proper set-up and readiness of the restaurant
before each service.
Coordinate with kitchen
staff to ensure smooth communication between FOH and
BOH.
Team
Leadership
Train,
coach, and motivate service staff.
Allocate
tasks and manage section assignments during service.
Monitor staff performance and provide constructive
feedback.
Assist in staff scheduling and
ensure adequate manpower
coverage.
Administration
& Compliance
Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all
times.
Report operational issues and guest
feedback to
management.
Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of F&B service experience, with at
least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong
leadership and communication skills.
Excellent
customer service mindset and ability to handle challenges
calmly.
Good organizational skills and
attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced environment.
Must be
Singaporean, PR, or LTVP
holder .
