Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Create TMSi accounts for new joiners and coordinate with IT to remove accounts for leavers.
- Maintain accurate training attendance and certification records.
- Order and prepare training materials (e.g., printing, binding, ordering supplies).
- Generate monthly training reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Register aftersales staff for RTC courses and match them to suitable programs.
- Coordinate training schedules with operational needs.
- Handle travel arrangements, forms, and liaise with finance and travel agents.
- Communicate training details to managers and participants.
- Track completion of pre- and post-training assignments.
- Arrange refreshments and assist trainers with materials.
- Create and manage training events in the system.
- Support room setup, material preparation, and refreshments.
- Assist with visual aids and presentation materials.
- Coordinate communication and track training progress.
- Assist with any other administrative or training-related tasks as assigned
Requirements :
Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent)At least 1 year of training or administrative experienceConfidence using Microsoft Office toolsGood communication and collaboration skillsWorking Hours : Mon : 8.30 am to 6.30 pm, Tue to Fri : 8.30 am to 6.15 pmContract Period : 01 October 2025 01 February 2026 ( 4 months contract)All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
