Are you an experienced sales

professional passionate about education? We are looking for a

Sales and Customer Service Manager to

join our growing

team.

Requirements : Minimum 2 years of

experience in a tuition or enrichment

centre setting in Singapore

Good track record in sales

conversion and customer relationship

management

Able to

communicate confidently and clearly in

English , both written and spoken

Comfortable speaking with parents, following up

consistently, and presenting programme value

Self-driven, target-oriented, and organised in handling

CRM updates and sales pipelines

Familiar with

basic administrative and operations workflows in an education

environment

Able to work on

Saturdays and follow a retail-based

schedule
