Job Description
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Screen and shortlist candidates, ensuring alignment with role expectations.Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing guidance to interview panels.Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports for management review.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and legal standards.Plan and execute employer branding campaigns for recruitment drives and career fairs.The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.At least 5 years of recruitment experience within large organisation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.What's on Offer
