About the Role :
Join as an Assistant Store Manager and help lead our boutique to success. Inspire your team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and embody our brand’s luxury values.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; lead clienteling initiatives.
- Drive sales, analyze trends, and propose growth strategies.
- Coach, develop, and motivate your team to achieve high performance.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards.
- Oversee store operations, compliance, and tailor services.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
