As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a capable and dependable Senior Accounts Executive (Group) to support both companies under our lifestyle brand. If you're experienced in finance, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a creative, fast-growing environment — we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
As our Accounts Senior Executive (Group) , you’ll oversee accounting functions and basic HR work for both Maison Garden and The Florté. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth internal operations, compliance, and accurate reporting.
Accounts Functions
- Handle the full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet schedules and sub-ledgers.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including GST / SST / VAT and corporate tax filing.
- Prepare and manage audit schedules and liaise with external auditors during annual audits.
- Monitor cash flow, forecast financial trends, and prepare budgets.
- Assist in inventory control, asset management, and cost analysis.
- Maintain proper document filing system and accounting records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper accounting for business transactions.
Human Resource Functions
Process monthly payroll, CPF submissions, IR8A / IR8S, and other statutory requirementsAdministrative & Operational Support
Maintain organised filing and accounting systemsAssist with licensing, insurance, and grant applications when requiredSupport directors with operational tasks, reporting, or special projectsWho You Are
Singapore Citizen / PRDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 2–5 years of experience in accountingExperience handling operations across more than one entity is a strong plusFamiliar with tools like QuickBooks / PayboyMeticulous, responsible, and highly organisedAble to work independently and handle confidential information with discretionA strong communicator and problem solver, comfortable in a dynamic environmentPerks & Benefits
