Roles & Responsibilities

Role : Project Administrator

Job Description :

• Work closely with the project PMT related teams to ensure timely delivery of the contracted services.
• To assist in coordination and logistics management of :
• Staff security clearance matters
• Client device delivery
• Client device staging and image distribution
• Client device deployment & OS upgrade scheduling
• Client device acceptance
• Submission of Declaration Form & billing (if any)
• Support Project Manager on administrative matters (eg. Purchase etc.)
• Track and compile project report regularly.
• Update assets records of client devices handled by project team.
• Work with project team in ensuring that the client & staff records are updated & accurate

Mandatory Skill : Microsoft Excel Macro

Work Location : Redzone / Choa Chu Kang

Project Duration : 2 Years (Renewable)
