We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Business Development Consultant (Recruitment) who can help support us through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.

Job Duties :
Developing connections and new sources of business and relationship management with existing accountsNetworking and building relationships with business partners and jobseekersIdentifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client baseManaging key accounts to ensure the delivery standard and fulfilment levelBusiness partnering with internal stakeholders to improve current processes and implement new proceduresConducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growthPreparing and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clientsDeveloping strategies for brand promotion and lead generationOther ad-hoc duties applyRequirements :
