Job descriptionEnsure accurate and timely trade capture, confirmation, and settlement across multiple asset classes. Monitor and resolve settlement discrepancies and issues. Liaise with counter parties, custodians, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations. Prepare and review settlement reports for accuracy and compliance. Assist in resolving trade-related queries and escalations. Support process improvements to enhance settlement efficiency. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of settlement regulations and industry standards. Provide support for ad-hoc projects within the banking and financial services department. Experience in middle office, trade support, or settlements within financial services. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with settlement systems and processes. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Work with a globally respected institution in a highly visible role. Exposure to complex and dynamic client operations processes. A supportive and professional work environment.
