Halal Certification Trainer (Adjunct)

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Academic / Professional Qualifications

A relevant diploma or degree in :

• Halal science
• Food science / technology
• Islamic studies or Shariah law (especially related to halal)
• Quality assurance or related technical fields

For advanced assessments, a higher-level qualification (e.g., bachelor’s degree or professional certification) may be needed.

2. Halal-Specific Training & Certification

Completion of a recognized Halal Competency or Halal Executive / Assurance Officer course, often endorsed or accredited by :

Must have passed Halal Competency Assessments themselves.

Relevant work experience (minimum 2–3 years) in :

Experience working with halal certification bodies or internal halal teams is highly valued.
