Summary
We are seeking
an experienced and driven F&B Business
Development Manager to oversee the operations and
future growth of our flagship outlet, which houses three
established brands. This role involves strategic planning,
operational management, financial analysis, recruitment, and
overall business development within the Singapore F&B industry.
The successful candidate will ensure the outlet runs efficiently,
achieves profitability, and remains fully compliant with regulatory
requirements while supporting future expansion
plans.
Key
Responsibilities
1.
Business Development &
Strategy
Develop
and implement strategies to drive growth, profitability, and brand
positioning.
Identify and evaluate new
opportunities for future outlets and brand expansion.
Conduct market research to monitor industry trends and
competitor activities.
2.
Operational Management
Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure
efficiency, consistency, and high service standards.
Plan and execute improvements to enhance customer
experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure
compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene
regulations.
3. Financial
Analysis & Cost
Management
Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-saving
initiatives.
Develop, manage, and monitor the
outlet's budget.
Implement effective cost
control measures to improve
profitability.
4. KPI
Development &
Monitoring
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for
outlet performance.
Prepare regular reports on
sales, expenses, and operational results.
Implement corrective actions where
necessary.
5. Recruitment
& Talent Management
Recruit, train, and supervise chefs and key staff
members.
Develop training programs to improve
staff capabilities and service standards.
Foster a positive and collaborative work
environment.
6. Marketing
& Customer Engagement
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive
customer traffic and sales.
Manage social
media presence and promotional activities across all three
brands.
Collect customer feedback and
implement service
improvements.
7.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners,
and stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts to
ensure quality and cost efficiency.
Represent
the business at relevant industry networking
events.
8. Compliance &
Regulatory Requirements
Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
regulations, including obtaining licences and permits.
Maintain strict adherence to food hygiene, workplace
safety, and other statutory requirements.
Stay
updated on regulatory changes and adjust operations
accordingly.
Qualifications
Requirements
Education : Bachelor's
degree.
Experience : Proven track
record in business development or operations management within the
F&B industry.
Skills : Strong
financial and analytical abilities.
Excellent leadership
and team management skills.
Strong communication and
negotiation capabilities.
Proficiency in financial
planning and cost management.
