LCentral is a reputable Premier English Specialist providing quality enrichment for students from N1 to P6 since 2008. We are seeking a dynamic candidate as a full-time Customer Success Executive.
Customer Success Executives are key to supporting the daily operations of the business and managing customer service relationships.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Meet brand standards (image and presentation, safety and hygiene)
- Establishing excellent rapport with students and customers
- Ensuring a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the centre and centre management
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of the centre (roster, scheduling, payments, etc.)
- Assist in student enrolments (enquiries, assessments, registration, etc.)
- Assist in scheduling classes to ensure optimal use of resources (classrooms, materials, etc.)
- Proper and timely record keeping

Weekdays - 1 : 00 PM to 9 : 00 PM
Weekends - 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM
