Roles & Responsibilities
Oon & Bazul is one of Singapore’s fastest-growing law firms as recognized by Asian Legal Business. The firm is a large leading commercial practice and our lawyers are known for their ability to deliver high-quality work as well as their commitment to helping clients achieve success. We are looking to hire an Admin Executive to support the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
The general scope of work includes but is not limited to the following : -
- Assist File Managers with data entry of Partner's contacts, calendar appointments and deadlines etc.
- Assist File Managers with the preparation of Partner's travel itinerary including liaising with Heads of Departments.
- Organise and arrange IT requirements for zoom court hearings, external meetings, team meetings etc.
- Submitting claims and collaborating with HR, Finance and IT departments on administrative and claims-related matters for Partners and Lawyers.
- Coordinating with File Managers and Lawyers to print, collate and organise bundles and briefs for the Partner / Lawyer in preparation for client meetings or hearings.
- Ensuring meeting rooms are booked and appropriately set up for internal and external meetings or hearings.
- Managing conflict searches and file opening procedures.
- Covering of receptionist duties which includes attending to clients, handling phone and email inquiries, coordinating appointments, overseeing mail and courier services, providing general administrative support.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirement
