Job Overview :
The ideal candidate will be responsible to handle accounting duty independently & the work scope of HR administrative will be partially supported by administrative staff.
Job Responsibilities :
Accounting :
Handle full set of accountsHandle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closings.Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.Ensure timely filing of tax and statutory compliance reports.Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.Human Resources :
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement.Address employee grievances and ensure compliance with HR policies.Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.Qualifications :
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.Prefer candidate with both HR & Accounting experienceExcellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.To Apply, kindly click on the " APPLY NOW " button
