Innovation Lead to shape strategy and delivery for a national digital platform, leading product innovation and integrated marketing to drive industry impact in Singapore

Your new role

You’ll steer a multidisciplinary team focused on blending product strategy with impactful marketing execution. You’ll own the product roadmap and growth of a digital innovation platform while designing integrated campaigns that inspire engagement and adoption. This is a rare opportunity to lead with vision, elevate strategic storytelling, and champion collaboration at the national scale.

As Head of Innovation Platform, you will be responsible for :

• Define and drive strategic direction for digital products and integrated marketing
• Own the product lifecycle for a national innovation platform from roadmap to rollout
• Craft and execute high-impact campaigns that influence stakeholder behavior
• Champion collaboration between product, marketing, IT, and external partners
• Lead and mentor a high-performing, cross-disciplinary team
• Optimize vendor ecosystems and budget allocation to maximize ROI
• Establish governance structures and KPIs to measure and refine impact
