Roles & Responsibilities

Salary : $1,600 – $2,500 (Basic) + Commission + AWS / Variable Bonus

Other Benefits : Annual medical claim, training provided

Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Location : Sembawang area

The Challenges :

• Respond promptly (within 24 hours) to assigned leads via WhatsApp, email, or other channels to understand customer requirements before recommending suitable products and services.
• Conduct sales presentations, prepare and propose quotations in line with client needs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on design and artwork to produce mock-ups for client approval prior to production.
• Prepare and submit sales orders to the production team.
• Provide regular client updates throughout the production process and ensure timely delivery of final products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering excellent customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Manage existing client accounts while gradually expanding the customer base through lead generation, outreach, and prospecting activities.
