Job descriptionUnderstands standard operating processes and applies sound technical judgment Communicates clearly, both with team members and in technical documentation Has some leadership experience, coaching, mentoring, or guiding others Is organized and reliable with strong time management skills Is comfortable with MS Office and SAP (or similar systems) Brings basic technical knowledge to support troubleshooting on the floor Day Shift : 7 : 30 AM – 7 : 30 PM Night Shift : 7 : 30 PM – 7 : 30 AM 4-day work week → ~15 working days / month Includes 2 paid tea breaks + 1-hour lunch per shift Optional overtime available Pay & Allowances : $2,700 – $4,000 / month (including OT & shift allowance) Shift Allowances : Up to $15 / day (Day) | Up to $25 / day (Night) Bonuses : 13th-month + performance bonus (up to 2 months) Time Off : 11 annual leave days + ~15 off-days monthly from the shift roster Convenience : Free shuttle buses from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT Perks : Subsidized meals ($2–$3), PPE provided, clean & air-conditioned environment Growth : Transparent career advancement pathways based on your performance

What You’ll Do
You’ll lead the daily heartbeat of the production floor by :
- Coordinating manpower, scheduling, and production flow
- Ensuring quality standards and delivery timelines are met
- Keeping accurate daily production and inventory records
- Monitoring safety, housekeeping, and compliance on the line
- Escalating issues promptly and driving effective resolutions
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting teammates’ growth
- Training new hires for smooth integration
- Partnering with Maintenance on equipment concerns
- Leading improvement initiatives and SQDC activities
- Managing raw materials and ensuring stock accuracy
