Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sichuan Cuisine Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of traditional and modern Sichuan cooking techniques, a strong sense of flavor, and a passion for creating authentic dishes that reflect the rich culture and heritage of Sichuan cuisine.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Sichuan dishes
- Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management on menu development
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Train junior kitchen staff as needed
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Sichuan cuisine chef (minimum 3 years preferred)In-depth knowledge of Sichuan ingredients, spices, and techniquesStrong organizational and leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if requiredPreferred Qualifications :
