Job description

Oversee and grow existing partnerships across the Asia-Pacific region to ensure long-term success.

Identify and secure new strategic partners within key markets.

Strengthen partner engagement by delivering outstanding customer service.

Drive and support strategic initiatives to expand into new markets.

Lead the development and submission of tender responses, ensuring alignment with client needs and optimal solutions.

Spearhead new business efforts within the Enterprise and Government sectors.

Expand the companys footprint in Military and Government segments.

Take ownership of and deliver against annual revenue objectives.

Manage the full lifecycle of strategic agreements, ensuring successful execution and implementation with key partners.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate quarterly forecasts, leveraging tools like Salesforce for pipeline management.

Lead deal negotiations and closures in alignment with internal commercial strategies.

Develop and execute an annual business strategy that includes both long-term plans and tactical initiatives.

Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across departments such as Product Development, Co-marketing, Technical Support, and Service Integration.

Continuously collect and share market insights to inform strategic decisions.

Provide feedback and input to Product Management and Engineering teams for future product development.
