Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing of supplier invoices from receipt of hardcopy or softcopy
  • Creation of new suppliers as per procurement process and policy
  • Running of Pre-show and Post show reports
  • Issuance of PO, Generation of Invoices and Processing AP on Epicor software
  • Processing of invoice and PO relating to insurance premium, training, health check-up and medical, Staff welfare claim. Submitting to HR for recording and to process payment.
  • Running of personal claims for Business Unit Heads
  • Generate Capex approvals.

Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of working experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pleasant disposition.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
