Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Operations Management : Oversee telecommunications (PABX), Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and other support services.
• Contract Management : Monitor and review maintenance service contracts to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Service Quality Improvement : Lead initiatives to enhance service standards and operational excellence.
• Infrastructure Support : Support and improve the center’s infrastructure to meet organizational needs.
• Stakeholder Coordination : Work with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure project completion and compliance.
• Policy & Procedure Review : Assess and update policies and procedures within your area of responsibility.
