Requirements :

Diploma or university graduate or above, major in

Architecture, Civil Engineering or related subject., has

theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building

material, construction, interior design and decoration.

Project management, lead all local and overseas projects,

including planning, coordination, implementation, execution,

control and inspection of all projects. Submit a review analysis

report to the board for each project after completion. Overseas

experience is a must.

Communication and

management of external related parties, liaise closely with

clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants and

authorities.

Create and explain design

concepts of designing exterior and interior

furnishings.

• Design detailed

illustration of door and window two or four sides option and

cutting list; Aluminum and glass partition cutting list, casement

door and window accessories etc.

Able

to produce 2D plans layout, elevations and sections drawings in

AutoCAD / Illustrator

Responsibilities :

Excellent team management, set guidelines and provide expertise and

supervision to the team.
